     Located at the corner of 10th Avenue and 30th Street, 10 Hudson Yards stands at the intersection of the city and the Highline. Its 200 foot by 400 foot dimensions are defined by an exterior corner condition on one side and an interior corner condition on the other.
The site is characterized by the existing Highline structure which extends through the site connecting phase two of the Highline with the city at 30th Street.
     The project contains 1.7 million square feet of commercial offices, organized vertically around a core with retail and market in the base. The 840 feet tower stands at 62 stories.
